Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand of bookings on weekends, we will be requiring a booking fee of Php 200 per patient which may be refundable on the day of your appointment. You may send the payment via bank transfer or Gcash. Failure to send proof of payment within the day will automatically void your request. Please note that once your booking is confirmed we will no longer refund the booking fee if you CANCEL, RESCHEDULE or DID NOT SHOW UP on your appointment day.
